Africa is today a “Continent of the World”, in the dual sense of the challenges that its evolution poses to the world economy and the opportunities that its success will open up for the multiple external partners that in growing numbers have been expressing an interest in strengthening geo-economic and geopolitical ties with African states.

The webinar aims to identify the multiple internally coexisting realities in the African continent and discuss which vectors in the coming years are likely to play a significant role in shaping the geopolitical and geo-economic Africa of 2030.

This Webinar is a joint organization between the National Defence Institute and the Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas, of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and will be held on the 24th of September, at 2:30pm.

África é hoje um “Continente do Mundo”, no duplo sentido dos desafios que a sua evolução coloca à economia mundial e das oportunidades que o seu sucesso abrirá aos múltiplos parceiros externos, que em números crescentes têm manifestado interesse em reforçar os laços geoeconómicos e geopolíticos com os estados africanos.

O webinar tem como objetivo identificar as múltiplas realidades que coexistem internamente no continente africano hoje e discutir quais os vetores que nos próximos anos poderão desempenhar um papel significativo na definição da África geopolítica e geoeconómica de 2030.

Este webinar é uma organização conjunta entre o Instituto da Defesa Nacional e a Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas, da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, e será realizado no dia 24 de setembro, pelas 14:30.
