Colonel António Beja Eugénio – is a distinguished officer of the Portuguese Air Force, known for his expertise in maritime patrol operations and strategic military education.
Eng Luis Morais – is the Chief Information Security Officer at Galp, leading the company’s cyber resilience strategy with over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and incident response
Eng Lino Santos – is the Coordinator of Portugal’s National Cybersecurity Center (CNCS), recognized for his leadership in cyber policy and his role on the board of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA)
Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Detlef Schröder – served as Executive Director of CEPOL, the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training, from 2018 to 2022, where he led strategic initiatives to enhance police cooperation and training across EU member states
